Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our technicians will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the designated return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original factory packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for hardware integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
